Gartenmöbel defekt / Jalousien defekt / Toaster defekt / Haus sehr staubig / Betten durchgelegen / Herdplatte nicht oder sehr schlecht gereinigt, Backofenund Abzugshaube sehr fettig / Mülleimer in der Küche nicht geleert und schmutzig und stank / Eine Lampe im Bad funktionierte nicht / Kochtöpfen fehlt der Deckel / / Es gab vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, Wir muÃten extra nach Henne Strand fahren, / Da wir zwei Buchungsnummern für zwei Wochen hatten, war eine Regelung bezüglich Abrechnung und Endreinigung nur schwer möglich, Telefonisch konnten wir niemand erreichen, Irgendein Callcenter gab uns 1/2/3 Optionen, die nicht funktionierten, / Wir fahren schon seit 20 Jahren nach Dänemark, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, / Wir haben den Urlaub vier Tage vorher abgebrochen, weil wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben, / Wir sind von Admiral Strand sehr enttäuscht, Es gab auch keine Information, dass Dancenter jetzt zuständig ist, / Unser nächster Urlaub wird ganz bestimmt nicht Dänrmark sein, / / Monika und Jan Mehrens
