Wir sind am 28.12.25 angereist und haben eine ausgekühlte Wohnung vorgefunden - 12 o !!
Offensichtlich war die Wohnung länger nicht vermietet. Die in der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Kontaktperson
war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Auf Mail reagiert und für den nächsten Vormittag Lösung mit Heizkörperentlüftung
angedacht. Dies war der einzige und letzte persönliche Kontakt bis heute!!! Wir haben den Abend in Winterstiefeln und eingehüllt in die Bettdecken verbracht. Bis 11 Uhr am nächsten Morgen keinerlei Erreichbarkeit. Telefonisch und zweimalige Mail vorraus. Wir sind abgereist und haben noch auf der Rückreise Beschwerde bei e-domizil Frankfurt und von Zuhause abends bei Belvilla.de eingereicht. Das waren frostige, nicht mal 24 Stunden !
Die Strecke betrug einfach 340 km.
Nicht gerade um die Ecke.
Nun zum Zustand der Wohnung:
Die Wohnung war renoviert, ganz neues Bad mit groÃ_x009f_er bodentiefer Dusche. Nun erfolgt die Aufzählung der nicht vorhandenen Dinge, die, aus unserer Sicht und Erfahrung, zwingend in eine funktionstüchtige FW gehören.
Staubsauger, Besen, Kehrblech, Beschreibung für sämtliche elektronische Geräte, kein W Lan Schlüssel, trotz Ankündigung, Topflappen, Topfuntersetzer, kaum Gläser ( 2 kl. Weingläser ), Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken, die Liste lässt sich beliebig fortsetzen.......
Vor allem kleines Werkzeug für das Notwendigste, ein Heizungsentlüftungsschlüssel!
Was soll in dieser Wohnung passieren wenn es zu einem Notfall, z.B. Stromausfall, Wasserschaden usw kommen sollte und eine Kontaktperson nicht erreichbar ist ???
Der Eigentümer, der uns ja leider nicht bekannt ist, kann uns Leid tun. Der Ã_x0084_rger ist vorprogrammiert, wenn sich niemand zuverlässiges für die Betreung des Objektes findet.
