Das Schierke-Harzresort war super organisiert und sehr, sehr schön.
Sehr ärgerlich war das der von HomeToGo bzw. Belvilla angebotene Pool nicht für uns bestellt worden war. Die Reklamation bzw. die Kostenerstattung wird nun schon seit 7 Tagen zwischen HomeToGo und Belvilla hin und her geschoben.
