We've furnished the old farmhouse from the 19th century with much love. The holiday home is partially furnished with antique furniture.
On the ground floor, consisting of the house and the previous barn, there is a 42m2 living area with kitchen, dining table and couch nook. There is also a cloakroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. In the "grain store" there is a bedroom with 4 single beds, which can be pushed together and a bathroom with shower and toilet. So up to 10 people can occupy the house and feel great.
The holiday home is primarily renovated with natural building materials and an original farmhouse has been created in which you can shut down in a healthy climate and relax, but not be without contemporary comforts.
In the Eifel there is the right leisure activity for everyone of any age. Many recreational and game parks offer an adventurous day.

Plütscheid is an Eifel town with approx. 350 residents and is located in the border triangle of Germany - Luxembourg - Belgium. Plütscheid is a starting point for many day trips and hikes through the lovely Eifel countryside.
Many excursion destinations are within easy reach.
Hikers will find a number of attractive and well-marked trails. The premium hiking trails in the DELUX natural hiking park are accessible in just a few minutes.
Via motorway A60, take the Waxweiler exit. Then follow the signs to Plütscheid.
You'll see the Gasthaus Geimer in the centre of Plütscheid. Your hosts live there.

Cancellation and travel interruption
Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding the extra costs) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
- up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% Of the rental fee
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
The valid tourist tax of 1 € / adult / day is not included in the price.
