Villa Maestro is located near Visnjan, Porec and Novigrad. Porec is famous for the church of St. Euphemia and gastronomy offer- you should taste Istrian specialities. Along the coast, you will find beaches and bays, clear sea and beach bars. You should visit small places in the area and only a 20 minutes drive away from the villa you will reach Novigrad, which offer their visitors restaurants, cafes, museums and activities.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Pool heating available upon request with an extra charge of 200 € per week.
