Cancellation policy
So far we have never had to charge cancellation fees - we have always found a solution together with with our guests. But for the sake of completeness: If something comes up for you, you may name a new tenant that would enter into the contract with the same conditions. If this is not possible, we will charge the following proportional rates:
For a cancellation
- up to 49 prior to the start of rental: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% Of the rental fee
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- afterwards: 100% of the rental price.
Naturally in these cases we will also try to rent the house further, so that you are spared the costs.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is in the Vulkaneifel region (in the Hohes Venn - Eifel nature park) right on the Germany-Belgium border (holiday region Upper Kyll / Eifel source traingle (Ahr, Erft, Kyll)): Enjoy the unbelievably beautiful nature that volcanic activities created throughout the course of history.
Jünkerath is a small Eifel village on the river "Kyll" and has much to offer: Here you can get everything for your daily needs, as well as go out for a meal or drink.
Getting there
You can reach the holiday home easily by train (train station is in town) and car (motorway A1, exit Blankenheim or Daun).
A car is recommended so that you can reach more in the area. If you use the holiday home as a starting point for hikes, walks or cycling tours, you can forego a car.

Wir haben unbedingt eine kurze Auszeit gebraucht und mit dem tollen Haus die perfekte Unterkunft dafür gefunden. Die Ausstattung ist super, der Garten einfach toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Familie Floßdorf ist super freundlich und versorgt einen mit ganz vielen nützlichen Infos. Wir haben auch noch nie einen so tollen und liebevoll gestalteten Internetauftritt gesehen. Die super frischen Eier der Nachbarn sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank!!

Alles hat gestimmt, wir hatten schöne Tage und am Wochenende ein Familienfest, wo sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ein Haus zum gerne Wiederkommen!
