AuÃ_x009f_er uns wohnen in diesem Objekt nur Menschen, die dauerhaft hier wohnen und vermutlich angestellt sind. Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz ist so voll, das wir keinen Stellplatz fanden. Die Mieterin aus dem Keller im vorderen Bereich parkte ihren Wagen so, das man 40 cm Platz zum Zaun hatte, wenn man vom Grundstück wollte. Der Mieter unter uns raucht stark, der Rauch zieht die Treppe hoch durch die undichte Tür. Unsere Wohnung stinkt, wir mussten in der 1. Nacht dauerlüften.Der Teppich auf der Treppe und die Wände stinken und sind dreckig. Die Türen sind stark zerkratzt, ebenso Tische, Stühle und Schränke und das Laminat. Es sieht aus, als wären 3 Rottweiler 2 Wochen lang hier eingesperrt gewesen und hätten alles zerkratzt. Das Licht im Deko-Küchenfenster geht nicht. Die Knöpfe am Herd sind defekt. Es gibt kein Brett in der Küche um zu schneiden. Die Schränke, hinter denen die Gläser stehen, gehen nicht auf. Die Unterhitze im Backofen funktioniert nicht. Alle Wände auÃ_x009f_er dem Bad sind dreckig. Die Heizkörper sind klebrig und verrostet. Nachts findet man Silberfische om Bad. In der Dusche gibt es keine Ablage. Der Küchentisch fällt auseinander, die Polster sind hart, alt und dreckig. Die Sockelleisten sind dreckig. Wir könnten diese Liste ewig weiter führen. Alles wurde in Bildern festgehalten. Diese Wohnung gehört dringend saniert, das Gerümpel entsorgt. Wenigstens war die Wäsche sauber und der Hausmeister nett. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Die Wohnung war gut, war alles da, auÃ_x009f_er ein Sofa haben wir vermisst.
Nur die anderen Mieter waren doch sehr laut, werden zukünftig lieber wieder ein Ferienhaus mieten.
