The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The manicured gardens of the apartment block are starred by 3 shared chlorine pools that also have a children's area. The largest one measures 29 m x 17 m and has a depth of between 1 and 2 m, while one of them is heated. Around it, you can relax while getting a tan. There is also access to the paddle and tennis courts, the spa and the gym. On the property, you will find a private chlorine pool of 6 m x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5, located on a fantastic furnished terrace overlooking the sea that invites you to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The interior of the apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and has all the amenities to enjoy an excellent stay. The spacious living-dining room has Smart TV and is perfect for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there is a double bedroom with access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. In the living room there are 2 poufs that convert into two single beds, in case you travel with extra companions. A separate toilet serves the house. There is centralized AC and heating throughout the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and highchair.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
