Villa Nobu is a modern family villa located in the beautiful hamlet of Mali Vareski, just a short drive from Pula. Mali Vareski, in the municipality of Krnica, just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Pula. Pula is the largest tourist destination in Istria known for its many historical and cultural sights. If you are a fan of culture, we definitely recommend visiting other coastal towns like Rovinj and Porec or medieval towns in central Istria like Motovun, Buzet and Grožnjan. Besides the romantic hills, Central Istria is also known for its rich gastronomic offer.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
