Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

Einer unserer schönsten Ferien verbrachten wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es liegt in der Nähe, eines der schönsten Strände. Das Haus ist neu und alles top in Ordnung und sauber. Der Besitzer des Hauses, führt euch zu den schönsten Buchten und Strände auf seinen Bootstouren. Wir kommen gern wieder und bedanken uns für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Super Unterkunft (neu Gebaut wir waren die zweiten Gäste) in einem kleinen Ort über Makarska. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. In 5 Fahrminuten ist man im Zentrum von Makarska. Der Gastgeber hat das Haus bestens ausgestattet wie man es auch auf den Bildern sehen kann. Von Billard Tisch bis hin zu einer Pool Stange ist für Freizeitspaß gesorgt. Auch nach vielen Aufenthalten in Kroatien haben wir so ein durchdachtes Haus nicht vorgefunden! Ein riesiges Kompliment an den Gastgeber , und besten Dank für alles ! Beste Grüße aus Deutschland!!!!!
