The two-story house has a classic and cosy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is linked to the dining area through the traditional Majorcan arch. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and access to the backyard. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Our guests have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in which to rest. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. The other three are on the first floor, two of them with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. Another bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. We can also provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby and the house has oil central heating for the colder months,
This wonderful town house offers a refreshing private salt water pool at its backyard from where you can admire the views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The exteriors also include an area with sun loungers and a porch under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the town and has direct neighbours.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

You will have the necessary services for an independent stay at hand and also the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes away by car. The golden sand and turquoise waters of these extensive beaches will make you enjoy the Mediterranean Sea at its best.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
