The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The large pool with sunloungers is located in the outdoor area where there is also a barbecue area. The open plan first floor consists of a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also located here is a bedroom. The stairs lead you to the 1st floor of the villa, where there are another 3 bedrooms. Youth groups (<25 years old) are not allowed.

The villa is located near the sea in the picturesque town of Primosten. Spend the day on one of the beautiful beaches or bays. There is a wide range of sports and leisure activities on offer here. The villa is the perfect starting point to discover other places. The city of Split with the famous Diocletian's Palace is worth a visit. The famous national parks Krka and Kornati are also nearby.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
