Holiday destination
Pilsum is a circular village and lies on an artificially created mound. It used to be situated on a sea bay. Structurally, Pilsum is characterised by numerous large Gulf farmhouses and small, often tiny farm workers' and craftsmen's houses. A network of winding streets runs through the town. In the centre of the village is the 12th century cruciform church. There is also an iron lighthouse from the 19th century in the Pilsum district. It is known from the film "Otto". Otto himself comes from Emden, which is only about 20 km away. Pilsum and its surroundings have a lot to offer. Many cycle paths invite you to cycle tours along the dykes or to the local sights. Fresh air, peace and endless walks let you relax. The fishing and canal village of Greetsiel is only about 4 km away.

Es hat uns in dem Haus gut gefallen. Alles was mann für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung wahr gut es wahr alles vorhanden was man so braucht.

Wir sind am 20.7.'24 angereist und wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen.Sie führte uns durch die Wohnung und zeigte uns alles.Wir waren total begeistert-alles mit viel Liebe erneuert und dekoriert,blitzblank sauber.Als die Vermieterin weg war,stellte ich beim Auspacken fest,dass hier alles vorhanden ist.Reinigungsmittel für Bad,Küche,Spülmaschine ect.pp.Handtücher,Putzlappen,Geschirrtücher,Spüllappen,sogar Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine.Wie gesagt,hier wurde an alles gedacht!Wir waren begeistert und sind es noch immer.Hier würden wir definitiv wieder her kommen. Auch der Preis ist unschlagbar!Die Umgebung ist auch super,in alle Richtungen-mal kürzere mal längere Autofahrten.In Norddeich der Strand ist super,Strandkörbe zum Mieten und ein toller Sandstrand.Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
