Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. The flat rate cancellation costs are:
- free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date
- thereafter 50% of the rental price
- If the landlord succeeds in finding another tenant for the canceled period in whole or in part after the 14th day before the arrival date, only 50% of the possibly unoccupied time will be due.
- It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Von dieser perfekten Wohnung aus konnten wir unsere Neugierde auf Münster befriedigen.
Empfangen von sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern verbrachten wir hier schöne Tage. Zur Begrüßung wurde uns noch eine gut gefüllte Obstschale serviert. Sonst ist in den zu 100 Prozent positiven Rezensionen bereits alles gesagt.
Wir wünschen Frau Osthues und Herrn Wortmann noch viele nette Gäste und eine gute Zeit.
