You can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. The flat rate cancellation costs are:
- free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date
- thereafter 50% of the rental price
- If the landlord succeeds in finding another tenant for the canceled period in whole or in part after the 14th day before the arrival date, only 50% of the possibly unoccupied time will be due.
- It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.
