Welcome to the Gîte l'Orée du Bois! In the Pays du Méné, in the heart of the Trémoreloise countryside, Annie and Hérick have just completed the construction of their second holiday home. On this property nestled in the woods, you can settle down and walk comfortably through three of our Breton departments (Côtes d'Armor, Ille et Vilaine and Morbihan).
Your holiday accommodation comprises on the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette and wood and wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 ideal for 1 person), 1 bathroom (shower and washbasin), 1 separate toilet. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 and 1 double bed 160x200), 1 bathroom (corner bath, double washbasin and toilet). Courtyard side: terrace to the east of approx. 32 m². Enclosed garden side: terrace to the west of approx. 18 m² overlooking the lawn (600 m²) and the forest. Nearby is another cottage (10 m away, 22G431602, for 4 persons) with a private pond of 1000 m², all on a 6 ha plot. Parking in the courtyard. Shared table tennis table.

b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows:
Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation.
Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival initially provided for in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.
