Should events make your arrival impossible, such as flight cancellation or the Canary Islands being declared a risk area, you can of course cancel free of charge and we will refund your deposit.
Otherwise, the general rule applies: Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the trip is free of charge, after which the agreed deposit will be retained. If we find a replacement for your cancellation, you will also receive this back.

Holiday destination
Chayofa is a peacefully situated urbanization with about 200 villas/houses (240 meters above sea level). In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the coast (Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas), various golf courses, as well as Siam Park. In the village, there is a small supermarket, a hairdresser, tennis courts, three restaurants, and also a heated, beautifully situated communal pool with sea views. Chayofa is also connected to the island's bus network with three stops.
Getting there
Within just a 15-minute drive, you will reach your holiday home, Casa Paraiso, in Chayofa. Coming from the South Airport, you first drive on the highway towards Los Cristianos. Take the Los Cristianos exit, keep far right and drive uphill towards Arona. On your right, you will already see the newly built hospital, and on your left, you can already see Chayofa. Take the next exit on the right towards Parque Aquilas. At the following roundabout, after making a phone call, you will be picked up by our property manager.

Bereits im Vorfeld eine freundliche, problemlose Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern. Vor Ort freundlicher Empfang und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und ausreichend Wasser für die ersten Tage.
Herrlicher Blick vom Balkon (1. Stock) über Chayofa bis zum Meer.
Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, in der Küche alles was man für die einfache Urlaubsküche braucht. Selbst Essig/Öl/Gewürze waren vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser, so dass man nur alle 3 Tage die Spülmaschine laufen lassen muss. Reinigungsmittel waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Gute Matrazen sorgten für einen guten Schlaf. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Ausflüge in die Berge oder an den Strand war Chayofa ideal.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt und ich schließe mich den positiven Bewertungen an.
Die Eigentümer und die Betreuung vor Ort sind aufmerksam, erreichbar (Telefon und Email) und vor allem zuverlässig. Fünf Liter Wasser, ein Fläschchen Wein und Nüsse standen zur Begrüßung bereit.
Es gibt zu allen vier Seiten Fenster. Prima zum Luft und Sonne reinlassen. Leider hat nur ein kleines Fenster ein Fliegengitter (Schlafzimmer). Im Wohnzimmer und im Bad wäre das auch toll.
Der Garten grenzt nördlich an das Haus und ist so üppich bepflanzt, dass viele Vögel vorbeikommen. Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Von morgens bis abends gibt es sonnige und schattige Bereiche. Ich konnte somit wunschgemäß in der Sonne frühstücken.
