House for 5 persons: approx. 104 m² on two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, bathroom with shower, and covered terraces. On the first floor, air conditioning in the corridor, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with three single beds (two of the beds can be made up to a double bed on request), bathroom with shower.
The semi-detached stone house with large garden, private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m) and covered terraces is situated in a small village in the middle of the Istrian peninsula. The lively town of Rovinj with its numerous beautiful beaches can easily be reached by car and the east coast of Istria is also close, if you would like to exchange the rural ambience for the Mediterranean hustle and bustle.

Partially fenced garden with garden furniture. WiFi available free of charge. You can buy fresh eggs and homemade wine and schnapps from the landlords living next door.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 7 € per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord.
