Inside the apartment you find a spacious, modern and beautiful room with AC combining the living - dining room and the kitchen. Here, you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob and eat all together or relax on the sofa whilst watching the satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, with a closet and AC each. One has twin beds and the other has a double bed. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The bathroom in the accommodation has a bathtub. Finally, there's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This fantastic first floor apartment (no lift available) is located within a family apartment complex. The private terrace is the perfect place for your breakfast, accompanied by the beautiful to the pine grove in front, or to have lunch or dinner alfresco after spending a great day amidst crystal-clear waters. You will see the see once you go outside to the streets and reach the sand in juts 80 metres!

The accommodation is near the small fishing town of Porto Petro (Santanyí). Specifically, it's located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for those in love with paradisaical beaches. In fact, you can reach 5 beautiful virgin beaches on foot, the first of them only 80 metres away, and the Natural park of Mondragó. The golf course of Cala d'Or is less than 9 km away.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
