The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This wonderful villa offers spectacular exteriors. The green garden, the field views and the mountains surround the house and the beautiful private salt pool. The pool sizes 9.4 x 4.2 meters and it has 1 to 1.7 meters depth. Around the pool there are 8 loungers for sunbathing, a space yo have breakfast and a porch to enjoy a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outside sofa or to dine in the evening.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is a parking space for 5 cars.
AC and central heating are for free from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. If you wish to use it 24 hours a day, you have to pay an extra fee.
The hours of the exterior lights are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The pool cascade hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tourist license: VT/1960
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre. In Alcúdia you will find services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, just 2.3 km away. Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
