The country house "Königssee" is idyllically and quietly situated in the Oberschönau with a fantastic view.
The house (approx. 200 m2) is comfortably furnished in country house style and has three bedrooms with double bed and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with 75 inch flat screen TV, 5.1 stereo, two living areas and a Bavarian sitting area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom and walk-in showers, one of which has a bathtub and marble elements. All with underfloor heating. In the basement there is a further bedroom with box spring bed, as well as a bathroom with double washstand and large shower.
The outside area includes a well-kept garden with terrace, balcony and parking spaces.
