Cancellation policy
If you are not allowed to travel because of lawful defaults (by federal or regional agencies f. e. a personal corona-quarantine), you may get back your deposit.
In every other case the following cancellation-regulations apply:
Cancellations up to 6 weeks before Arrival: we reemburse the complete 30% deposit
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before Arrival: we reemburse half of the 30% deposit
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before Arrival: we reemburse 70 % of the complete paid price
Cancellations up to 1 weeks before Arrival: we reemburse 50 % of the complete paid price
Cancellations within 7 days before Arrival: we reemburse 30 % of the complete paid price
Any cancellation has to be sent in in written form. We thank you for your understanding!

Holiday destination
Our house is located in the little village Wiedemannsdorf, which has much to offer. Within 300 meters a little shop offers everything you need incl. a nice cup of coffee & a breakfast. Opposite the house there's an italian restaurant, 2 very good restaurants with local kitchen you can reach after a nice 10 minutes walk.
The 'German Alpes-Route' runs right through our valley and the next bus stop is 100 m away. Also the regional railway passes in front of the house. So far, none of our guests found this disturbing and slept perfectly well, but it shall be mentioned.
You can reach the Great Alpsee-Lake easily by foot or by bike (or by 5 minutes car-drive), the Lake of Constance or the city of Oberstdorf each are about half an hour away. There are plenty of possibilities to start shorter or longer hikes/bike-rides directly in front of our house. During winter you may also step in the cross-country ski trail directly in front of our house (in case of enough snow provided).

By car (parking in front of the house), by train (train station in Oberstaufen or Immenstadt, pick-up by us is possible), by bus (bus stop in Wiedemannsdorf is 100m away from our house), by bike (may be stored safe & dry), by foot...

Wir waren 6 Tage im Allgäu. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und noch schöner! Super gemütlich mit viel liebe zu zum Detail und einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unsere Tochter hatte ihren Schlafbereich in der Bibliothek, die sie sehr geliebt hat. Besonderes Lob geht aber an Familie Schween! Sie sind wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber!!!
Wir würden jeder Zeit dort unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Der kleine Raum für unsere Tochter wurde liebend gern bewohnt. Unser Hund fand den Garten und die Hühner toll. Auch ist ein schöner großer Balkon da. Parken ist direkt am Haus möglich. Frau Schween ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch durften wir von den hauseigenen Hennen mal Eier probieren, vielen Dank. Die Bahn nimmt man am zweiten Tag schon gar nicht mehr wahr, weil die Durchfahrt auch nur Sekunden dauert. Die Umgebung und der nahgelegene See sind sehr schön. Die empfohlene Gaststätte "Webstübl" von Frau Schween war wirklich ein Hochgenuß.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder ins Allgäu zieht. Vielen Dank Frau Schween und bis bald.
