Villa Sandra can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its elegant 3 bedrooms with double beds, since you also have an extra bed and a sofa bed available. On the ground floor there is a living room, a well equipped kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and access to the terrace. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the upper terrace. For complete enjoyment and rest, take advantage of the benefits of your own sauna. Take some time just for yourself, whereupon you can freshen up in the outdoor pool, within a flower rhapsody and birds chirping. To ensure that even the youngest can play with fun, they are entertained by a slide and a lodge for children.

Villa Sandra is located in a small village Sv. Jakov, on the northern part of the island of Losinj. Only 2km away is the first larger town Nerezine, and 15km further Mali Losinj, the largest city on the island. For those of you who are traveling with your pet, you will be delighted that Lošinj is an absolutely Dog Friendly destination. Be sure not to miss: Episcopal Palace, Cathedral of St. Mary's, Čikat Forest Park, Dolphin Adoption and the museum of bronze antique statue of Apoxyomenos.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 200,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max. 1 well-behaved pet is welcome for an extra charge of 100 € per week.
