The villa Wonderview is newly built and modern in concept and purpose. It can accommodate up to 10 people with its total 4 rooms and an extra sofa bed. On the ground floor is a kitchen & dining area, living room & bathroom and one bedroom if it is important for you not to climb upstairs. Above, on the first floor, are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, access to the terrace and stunning view of the sea and the nature. Leaving the house and going outside to the garden, you have a symphony for all your senses, because for each guest there is something to offer. If you like to play minigolf - your own artificial turf field is at your disposal. The private pool offers refreshments for all the summer heat.

The Villa Wonderview is located at the end of a small and picturesque village of Peruski. It is located near Krnica, a place with an interesting coast and underwater world. Be sure to take a trip to following places: Pula with an emphasis on the ancient amphitheater (6th largest), Medulin with its extra long coast, Premantura in the far south of Istria and one of the few places with a beach designed for the blind and Pazin with its long and rich tradition, located in the heart of the peninsula.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Well behaved pets (max 2) are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50€ per pet per week.
For booking 2 weeks, we offer a discount of 500 EUR.
