Cancellation policy
We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The prospective tenant or tenant can cancel in writing at any time. But this does not cancel the obligation to pay the agreed upon price. The prospective tenant or tenant is released from this obligation if the apartment/holiday home can be re-rented at the same conditions or if the tenant finds a replacement tenant. If there are special reasons, the replacement person may be refused rental. If the property cannot be re-rented, we will refund the costs for energy, linens and personnel costs. This is 10 percent of the rental price in our general experience and fundamental decisions. If you cancel before the rental period starts, 90% of the rent will be retained or charged.

Other recreational opportunities
In Greetsiel there is the Oasis Pool: with your spa card you only pay entrance once. But the Upleward beach offers variety as well. A must: visit the Campen lighthouse, the agricultural museum and in imposing church. The surrounding area has innumerable excursion destinations all year-round.
Holiday destination
The Campen lighthouse and the North Sea are less than 2 km from the house, the fishing village of Greetsiel 12 km, to the port city of Emden (and the motorway entrance) is not any further. There is the regular selection of supermarkets is found in nearby Pewsum (about 8 km). There are fresh baked goods right on the doorstep in the "Lüttje Laden".
Getting there
Arrival is possible individually as well as with public transport, the best way and with the best traffic conditions via Emden. If you are taking public transport, you should look it up on the internet. You don't need a car for an adventurous holiday in Campen. The holiday bus runs year-round for only 1 EUR per ride - if you show your spa card.
