Draguzeti is a small settlement in the municipality of Barban. The municipality of Barban is about 30km away from coastal towns like Pula, Porec, Rovinj and Labin, and about 20km away from the center of Istria county, Pazin. Barban is a picturesque little town on the south of the Istrian peninsula, amidst nature and above the Rasa river valley, with numerous historical monuments to explore.
Tourism is well developed because of the great geographic position, and a rich offer of gastronomical, recreational and cultural amenities. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
