The house distributes its stays into two heights, although there are different levels between them. Thus, when you come into the main floor, there is a really beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, separated by a half wall of the kitchen, stay that is equipped with ceramic cooktop. Behind it, you have access to a shower bathroom and from the dining area you gain access to another living room. Coming back, between the living and dining room, there are some steps that go downstairs and some others that go upstairs to the different levels between the two floors. Each one of them offers two bedrooms and a bathtub bathroom; the one located on the upper floor is ensuite. The four dormitories feature two single beds and wardrobe. Various steps even higher up finds you a third living room where you can read, perhaps. This stay also gives you access to a covered terrace, whose open corridor leads you to a basic gym area. The laundry room is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is also equipped with radiant floor, 3 fans, a cot and a high chair.
This fantastic urbanisation house offers such dreamy exteriors. Immersed in a lush green garden, there is a chlorine private pool, 10 m x 4 m large and 1.3 to 1.45 m depth, which will give you very great moments. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers, have a drink in the fresh air and make delicious barbecues as well as taste them under the porch.

The property is located in the city center of Cala Bona, ideal to have within reach, on foot, all services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus and much more. 2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
