Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in written form post or email. Compensations of minimum 100 € have to be paid if no replacement is found according to the following table:
Cancellation 30 days in advance: 20%
Cancellation 15-29 days in advance: 30%
Cancellation 8-14 days in advance: 60%
Cancellation 0-7 days in advance: 90%
If a replacement is found, you only have to pay an expense allowance of 100 €.
If you can't attend the journey or have to leave earlier than booked nights, you have to pay the full price. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Important: We will refund all payment, if a stay is not permitted according to the current corona regulations.

Holiday destination
Situated at the outskirts of Steinach just underneath the nature reserve. Close to national route B33, station with direct connection Karlsruhe and Konstanz. Hiking, cycling, mountainbiking directly from the appartment. Outdoor pool in 200m by foot. In winter alpine skiing, cross country skiing and toboggan run in surrounding area. Many cultural activities in neighbouring towns Haslach, Zell and Gengenbach. In a distance of 1km: supermarket, butchers, bakers, physician, chemist's/pharmacy, restaurants, souvenirs.
Getting there
By car from western direction on highway A5 to Offenburg, then follow B33 to Villingen Schwenningen, take exit Steinach.
By car from eastern direction on highway A81 to Rottweil. Via Schramberg, Wolfach, Haslach to Steinach.
By train: Station Steinach (Baden).

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig , hell und modern eingerichtet. Die offene Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach . Es macht Spaß darin zu kochen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen wo sie können. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft . Wir kommen sehr gerne hier ein weiteres mal hin. Vielen Dank für alles!!!
