Cancellation policy
A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The time of cancellation is determined by the receipt of the cancellation notice by us.
The holiday home agent accepts cancellation notices on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the time of the cancellation notice, the following standardized cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant.
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is due, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes are made to the rental property or rental period after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.

It is located outside of TRÉBEURDEN, in a very pleasant position on a slope. You have a fantastic panoramic view of the GOAZ-TREZ bay with its small offshore islands from both the house and the terrace. Some of the rocky islands can be reached on foot at low tide.
TRÉBEURDEN is a popular seaside resort with various beautiful beaches. This holiday home is highly recommended due to its wonderful location!
