Enjoy this tranquil Mallorcan detached villa with its own swimming pool situated in a large garden full of fruit trees and flowers, with views to the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountains, it is only a few minutes walk to the village square with many cafes and restaurants.
The house is very picturesque with stone façade and traditioned shutters, it has many modern comforts: fully airconditioned and heated, wifi internet and a modern well equipped kitchen.
The lounge has sofas, a dining table and chairs, tv with satellite and a fireplace for chilly evenings during the cooler months. The modern kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking at home. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom which has a bath with shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom with walk in shower. Every window has beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains.
You can relax in the enclosed garden and pool with sun loungers, enjoy the various dining areas either in the sun or under a covered pergola, there is charcoal bbq and lots of outside space for children. There is also an outside bathroom and shower.

The house is situated in a very quiet area in Soller.
Soller is a typical old Mediterranean town, set in a lush valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea.
It is famous for its citrus fruits, in the seasonal months all the trees are full to bursting with oranges and Lemons. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants, Saturday mornings the town is buzzing with the outdoor market.
The special antique train runs into Palma from the main square. You can take the wooden tram to the port of Soller with its fabulous waterfront restaurants, beaches and marina.
Soller is a great base for hiking and cycling, there is a golf course just 15 minutes drive away, and boating and fishing in the port.
If you rent a car, parking is a few minutes walk away from the house. You can also arrive in Soller by taxi from the airport or bus via Plaza España in Palma.
