It can accommodate a max of 13 guests..The main house (house No. 1) spreads over 2 floors. The ground floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room . The 2 living rooms with lounge sets and SAT-Tv await you on the 1st floor. The house has 3 ensuite double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There is an guest toilet on the ground floor. This unit is for up to 7 guests.
House No.2 has a ground and 1st floor: with 2 ensuite double bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and separate toilet. This unit is for up to 4 guests.All premises of house No.3 are on the ground floor. It is a fully equipped studio apartment (with a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom) for up to 2 guests.House No.4 is the pool house-offering a sofa bed for 1 guest, a toilet, and direct exit to the pool area.Villa Charlotta is a spacious estate. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 1000 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 70€ per pet per week.
