Cancellation policy
Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining balance must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival. For special offers, the total amount must always be paid in cash upon arrival to the property management (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, no cost
- for a cancellation from the 27th to the 15th day before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee, and
- for a later declared cancellation or if the contractually agreed services are not used, the entire rental sum = 100%.
Notwithstanding these flat-rate cancellation fees, you naturally retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-let the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-letting. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Cala Llombards is a beautiful, less touristy place and offers two of the most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast: Cala Llombards and Calo des Moro. During the season (from May to October), the village has two small supermarkets with freshly baked bread available daily (including Sundays) at reasonable prices. Additionally, there is a bar 'sa torre' that is open daily except for Mondays, and a beach bar at Cala Llombards. Larger shopping facilities, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, boutiques, etc., can be found in the nearby Santanyi. There is also a very lively weekly market held there on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
