The exterior area is amazing thanks to the clear and wonderful panoramic view to the fields and the mountain range around the majestic two storey building and the beautiful chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 1.2 to 2.1 metres. You will find several charming corners to enjoy either a good breakfast or a succulent barbecue with the company of the landscape, the sun and a the total privacy. There are several tables with chairs, 6 sunbeds, a great porch with a barbecue and the tennis table. The property is about 14000 m2 and it is fenced.
The inside surprises with the high ceilings that give the feeling of spaciousness in the large living room, which is open to the dining kitchen. You will enjoy chatting with your family or friends or the satellite TV channels after a delicious banquet. The kitchen, that features a rustic and professional style, is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and all you may need to cook comfortably. The laundry room is independent and it offers an ironing board, washing machine and iron. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and the other with independent shower and tub. You will find three bedrooms where you can rest, the 3 of them with two twin beds each. Two of them are still downstairs and they are equipped with a closet while the one on the upper floor has a walk-in closet and a great en-suite bathroom with independent shower and tub. All the rooms boast views to the fields and the pool. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available. The hole house is equipped with oil central heating for the cold season.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. This villa is located in a privileged rural environment although just 3.8 km away from the town. This is a residential touristic area but very quiet where the landscape is mainly the sea, the mountains and the fields. If you feel like visiting the island we recommend to go to the Castle of Capdepera built in the 14th century, and from where you can even see the island of Menorca. The beach is only 6.8 km away in Cala Son Moll - Cala Ratjada- or you can skirt the coast to know many more.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
