Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Das Geschirr, insbesondere die Pfannen waren dreckig. Ã_x009c_berall waren Spinnweben. Die Wohnungstür lieÃ_x009f_ sich nur schlieÃ_x009f_en, wenn man diese mit dem Schlüssel abgeschlossen hat. Im Erdgeschoss hat ständig ein Hund über Stunden hinweg gebellt. Die Fenster lieÃ_x009f_en sich entweder nicht richtig öffnen oder schlieÃ_x009f_en. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt. Steckdosen waren nicht sicher z.B. in der Küche war eine Einfachsteckdose in einer Doppelsteckdose verbaut.
