Two comfortable bedrooms are available, one of which even has its own bathroom. This modern villa is also fully air-conditioned. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen allows you to spend time together. If you're the master chef in the group, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and prepare a meal for your loved ones, with the gas grill also at your disposal. Location of this lovely villa is just perfect: only 4 km from first beaches and close to the Pula city centreIstria is the perfect location for those that wish to enjoy the unspoilt nature and the charm of small, traditional, mostly medieval towns. However, for those that prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, most of the tourist locations are only a short drive away. When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered to be the centre of Istria.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 70 € per pet per week.
