Inside, the property is beautifully furnished and decorated with rustic style. On the ground floor you can find full equipped kitchen, dining and living area, the first floor has2 bedrooms and shower room, the seconf floor has also 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. To the front of the villa the private 8x4m pool is set in a high walled garden (1400m) with plenty of olive trees. There is a beautiful large covered terrace with BBQ built in stone, table, chairs and lounge area. Good places to visit in the area are the hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Oprtalj and the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec with its world heritage mosaics site. Popular activities include walking, cycling, riding, fishing, sailing, tennis, swimming and diving. There are boat excursions available to Venice and Brijuni Islands.
