Detached villa, fully- fenced, directly on the sea in San Vito seaside village, 2 km from the well-known Polignano a Mare; it has direct access to the beach of Porto Cavallo in a scenic setting of rocks and sand. The villa is surrounded by a large courtyard and sun terrace with sun loungers and a large outdoor shower.
The villa is on two floors: on the groundfloor there is a large living area with sitting room and kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy panoramic dinners on a large wooden table and chairs. Loungers to sunbathe. Barbecue.
On the groundfloor there is a master bedroom with a french size bed and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there are two suites with double bedrooms with private bathroom and shower, two double bedrooms with single beds and another bathroom with shower for the double bedrooms. Laundry room.

A short walk from the villa there are Cafès, restaurants and any tourist attractions you can fancy. Polignano a Mare is one of the most famous villages in the area and it fascinates many tourists for its characteristic location on the rocks with a breathtaking panoramic view. The historical centre is the area of most interest with its narrow streets and its several pubs.
Few kilometres away you can visit other villages and towns such as Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo and Matera, recently entitled the Capital of Culture 2019.

Disclaimer and cancellation policy :
1- in case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival date, the client will be totally refunded;
2- in case of cancellation from 59th day till 30 days before arrival date, the client will lose only 50% of the rental amount;
3-in case of cancellation from the 29th day till the arrival date the client will lose the whole rental amount
4- On arrival we will ask for your credit card details on which we will pre-authorise an amount of € 2.000,00 as a security deposit in case of damage. An alternative to the credit card is to take out the Easy Rent policy of € 99,00 (to be paid extra) which covers up to a maximum of € 5.000,00 in case of damage. Cash or prepaid cards will not be accepted.
5- Online check-in is compulsory: it is free of charge and can be done up to the day before arrival. If it is not done, € 55,00 (check in fee) will be charged.
