The rooms are divided over 3 floors. With a total of 6 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 14 persons (12 adults and 2 children). On the lower ground floor you will find a gym equipped with different fitness machines, a sauna and a traditional "konoba". Here you will also find one of the bedrooms. A spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and one of the bedrooms are located on the villa´s ground floor. On the top floor, which has a a view over the Crikvenica area, you will find the remaining four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
