Your holiday home is located in the former villa colony of Babelsberg. Casually stroll the quiet streets and see where Ufa stars used to live.
The Griebnitzsee station, with connections to Potsdam and Berlin, is about 10 minutes away on foot, as is the pier for day trips on the Griebnitzsee.
Getting there
The holiday home can easily be reached via the A115: exit Wannsee or exit Babelsberg.
From tram station Griebnitzsee, you can quickly and easily reach the train stations in Potsdam and Berlin.
If you arrive by air, Schönefeld and Tegel airports are about 30 minutes away by car. On request, we are happy to pick you up from the airport.

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, alles unkompliziert. Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, absolut ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne. Die beiden Schlafräume und das Bad sind unten. Zweite Toilette auch. Alles tip top sauber. Tolle Terrasse im 1. Stock.
Die Wohnung bietet mehr als die Fotos zeigen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage im Villenviertel von Babelsberg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in der Villa Babelsberg sehr wohl gefühlt.
