Your holiday home is located in the former villa colony of Babelsberg. Casually stroll the quiet streets and see where Ufa stars used to live.
The Griebnitzsee station, with connections to Potsdam and Berlin, is about 10 minutes away on foot, as is the pier for day trips on the Griebnitzsee.
Getting there
The holiday home can easily be reached via the A115: exit Wannsee or exit Babelsberg.
From tram station Griebnitzsee, you can quickly and easily reach the train stations in Potsdam and Berlin.
If you arrive by air, Schönefeld and Tegel airports are about 30 minutes away by car. On request, we are happy to pick you up from the airport.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage im Villenviertel von Babelsberg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in der Villa Babelsberg sehr wohl gefühlt.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, tolle und ruhige Lage im Villenviertel Babelsberg. Dazu vom Balkon den Ausblick in den schönen Garten und viel Grün
in der Nachbarschaft. Was will man mehr.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Ausgangspunkt für einige Erkundigungen zu Fuß und Rad genutzt. Die Ausflugsziele in Berlin, Potsdam und Umgebung (Seenlandschaft) sind gut zu erreichen. Der nahegelegene S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee, die dortige Radverleih-Station und eine nahe gelegeneTram-Station helfen dabei, das Auto vor der Tür stehen zu lassen.. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ( Empfehlungen Vermieter!) befinden sich in der Nähe.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
