The historical town of Šibenik is located on the mouth of the river Krka. The town attracts visitors with an interest in the historical surroundings. Small squares and numerous cultural and historical monuments give Šibenik an archaic and romantic Mediterranean atmosphere. This is a great location for exploring the breathtaking beauty of the Krka National Park with the most famous waterfalls, Skradinski buk, being under 10km away, accessible by boat from Skradin during the summer months.
