If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

From Santa Maria you can go to any place in the island. Inca is a close city where you cannot miss the street market on Thursdays which expands all over the main streets of the city. The closest beach is that of Can Pere Antoni, in Palma, but you also have a quick access to the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
