Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, then the following percentages shall be paid by way of compensation for the various individual costs accrued, unless another tenant is found by other means:

The holiday apartment is found in a smart holiday apartment complex in a fantastic location in Sellin. The pier, the wonderfully beautiful sandy beach and Wilhelmstraße street with its numerous restaurants, cafés and shops can be reached in just a few steps (around 150 metres).
Getting there
Drive from the A20 towards Stralsund on the E251/B96. When you reach Stralsund, cross the Strelasund Crossing and follow signs to "Sellin". When you arrive in Sellin, drive onto the street called "Hauptstraße" and follow it until you reach the street called "August-Bebel-Straße". Drive along the street until you reach the fee-paying car park. Turn right straight after this car park and you'll reach the Seeblick residence.

Wir haben hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und auch unsere zwei kleinen Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt. Zu dem lieg sie sehr zentral, die Seebrücke im Blick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
