Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.

The ferry, which takes you to Vlissingen in about 20 minutes, is about 1.5km away.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Wir sind schon das 4 .Mal im Haus .
Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus in direkter Meernähe.
Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert vor Ort reibungslos.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles was man zu einem gelungenen Urlaub braucht.
Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter,der jederzeit erreichbar ist .
Auch die Reinigungskraft vor Ort ist sehr nett und bei der Schlüsselübergabe für gute Urlaubstipps zu haben.
