This friendly and quietly situated end-of-terrace house offers relaxing holidays in a quiet location. The house has a private pool (approx. 3 x 5 metres) with an adjacent covered sun terrace and a small garden. The living room with dining area is furnished in light colours and the open large kitchen is well equipped.
Two double bedrooms sleep four people and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (1.95 x 1.40m) sleeps two more people (extra charge). Two en-suite bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower are also available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. Another terrace at one of the bedrooms offers additional space of about 12 m².
In about 750 metres you can reach a small beach-rock cove as well as the centre of the village with all amenities.

Costa de la Calma is located between Santa Ponsa and Paguera and is a rather quiet place - ideal for holidaymakers who would like to spend some nice holidays close to the beach but still a bit away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

- From the time of booking up to 91 days before the start of the rental full stop: 30% of the rental sum.
- From 90 - 61 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental amount
- From 60 - 31 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental sum
- From 30 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental amount
