Stretched across two floors, the property boasts three airy and spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cheerful lounge spaces for easy-going evenings. Named after well-known Padstow character (and flat owner) John the Grocer, this central holiday spot is also well placed for indulging in some of Padstow’s great restaurants.
Ground Floor of Apartment: Lounge with TV and DVD player with the kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge and counter top freezer and dining area just off the lounge, bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and the master double bedroom as well as a separate WC with washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
First Floor of Apartment: 2 single bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: A single bedroom (3ft bed)

Linen and Towels: Linen and Towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
NB: Please note that the 2 single bedrooms have sloping ceilings.
Padstow - From the fishermen’s cottages huddled in the backstreets, to the grand merchants’ houses sitting up high, Padstow has a unique Cornish charm. Tables and chairs line the harbourfront, while tasty treats, unusual gifts and must-have mementos wait round every corner.
Wander a little further afield and you’ll discover the historic Parish Church, which bears St Petroc’s name, the stately Prideaux Place and the herd of fallow deer, which forms its Deer Park.
Once you have booked, the full arrival instructions and codes will be e-mailed to you. There is a keysafe at the property for your arrival.

6.1 If you cancel the Booking more than six weeks before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund of the Balance. Your Deposit and Booking Fee will not be refunded.
6.2 If you cancel less than six weeks before the Arrival Date, the Agent will retain the Deposit (including any balance of the deposit due) and Booking Fee. The Agent will also charge you a percentage of the Balance. This charge will be calculated on a daily basis with 0% of the Balance being retained more than six weeks before the Arrival Date and 100% of the Balance being retained 14 days or less before the Arrival Date.
6.3 To cancel a Booking you must inform the Agent in writing or by email to the address/email address set out in clause 1.2. Communications made to any other address or by any other means shall not be valid to cancel the Booking.
6.4 If you cancel a Booking in accordance with clause 6.3 above, the Agent will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 Working Days from the date on which you give notice of the cancellation, provided the Agent has been able to obtain your credit/debit card details.
6.5 The Agent shall charge an admin fee of £50.00 if you cancel the Booking (Admin Fee). The Admin Fee shall be deducted from any Balance due to be refunded to you. If there is no Balance to return the Agent will invoice you for the Admin Fee.
