Seeing the sun sink behind the hedgerows. Picking up fish and chips then unwrapping round the family dining table. Telling tales of the day, before running the bath, letting sleepy heads hit pillows then enjoying a quiet glass of wine in the courtyard. This is holidaying as it should be.
Ground Floor: Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, the lounge has a TV with built in DVD player and in the kitchen is a standard size fridge and separate freezer and an electric oven with a gas hob. Also on the ground floor is cloakroom with washbasin and WC.
First Floor: One double and one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) with TV.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
There are feather or synthetic duvets at Archies Place, please request at time of booking the type of duvets you would like to use.
Outside: Patio garden at the rear of the house with a table and chairs and a patio area at the front of the house. Parking for one car in the garage (dimensions are 2.2 metres wide x 2.2 metres high). If you need alternative parking, you can also us the Church car park in St Issey where you will find an honesty box for donations.
A couple of miles south of Padstow, is the village of St Issey, being slightly inland it retains a nice, rural village atmosphere and is still only a few miles from a choice of beaches. St Issey has a pub and a couple of restaurants.
Once you have booked, the full arrival instructions and codes will be e-mailed to you. There is a keysafe at the property for your arrival.

6.1 If you cancel the Booking more than six weeks before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund of the Balance. Your Deposit and Booking Fee will not be refunded.
6.2 If you cancel less than six weeks before the Arrival Date, the Agent will retain the Deposit (including any balance of the deposit due) and Booking Fee. The Agent will also charge you a percentage of the Balance. This charge will be calculated on a daily basis with 0% of the Balance being retained more than six weeks before the Arrival Date and 100% of the Balance being retained 14 days or less before the Arrival Date.
6.3 To cancel a Booking you must inform the Agent in writing or by email to the address/email address set out in clause 1.2. Communications made to any other address or by any other means shall not be valid to cancel the Booking.
6.4 If you cancel a Booking in accordance with clause 6.3 above, the Agent will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 Working Days from the date on which you give notice of the cancellation, provided the Agent has been able to obtain your credit/debit card details.
6.5 The Agent shall charge an admin fee of £50.00 if you cancel the Booking (Admin Fee). The Admin Fee shall be deducted from any Balance due to be refunded to you. If there is no Balance to return the Agent will invoice you for the Admin Fee.
