The Family Bumann-Hoogendam are the owners of the house and we live on the premises. New, in all apartments, free HotSpot Internet access with Wireless, Satellite TV and radio, new bathroom, balcony on the south, private sauna and a lift in the house, free heated ski room next to the slopes. Summer: Apart from its 350 km-long network of hiking paths, the Saas Valley also has a wide variety of summer activities for both old and young.
Our holiday apartments AZUR is situated in the most sunny and quiet part of the village of Saas-Fee.
It’s about 5 minutes from the centre and parking house and 10 minutes from the ski lifts.
We have a supermarket and a bakery next to our house. In the winter there is a ski bus stop in front of our house. For our guests we have a free heated ski room next to the slopes.
Travelers arriving by car from northern Switzerland travel via Bern and Lötschberg (motorrail service), from eastern and southern Switzerland you pass Furka or Simplon. Arriving from western Switzerland you pass Lausanne and drive along the Rhone valley to Visp. In Saas-Fee cars are not allowed, w

If the Renter is unable to take the agreed holiday, the Renter must inform the the Landlord immediately. The Renter will however remain liable to pay the rent unless another party can be found to rent the property for the period in question. If the Renter does not occupy the rented property for the whole of the agreed rental period, the Renter will nonetheless be liable to pay the total rent for the agreed period. Any early cancellation of the Agreement is subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Cancelation insurance: This insurance will reimburse the cancellation costs payable under this Rental Agreement if you are forced to cancel or arrive late, interrupt your stay or leave early, as a result of an insured event. Premium is 4% of the total rental price. If you wish the cancellation insurance please pay the premium with your deposit.
The Renter must raise any complaints about the rental property immediately upon checking in. Otherwise it will be assumed that the premises and equipment are in good condition as agreed and in accordance with the Agreement.
The Renter agrees to protect the rental property, and the equipment contained therein, from any damage, and at the end of the rental period to surrender it with all keys and accessories in accordance with the inventory. Any damaged or unusable items must be paid.
The Renter also agrees not to take any action to the detriment of the property and the equipment therein, and to report any apparent faults or damage to the Landlord immediately, and not to sublet the rental property in whole or in part; in other words, the apartment or chalet may not be occupied by more than the number of persons specified in the Agreement.
Any situations not specifically covered by this Agreement will be governed by Articles 253 to 274 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Visitors tax adults per day, summer: CHF 7.00, winter: CHF 4.50
