Villa consists of 3 apartments in one house. The apartments are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests. One apartment is a studio with sofa bed for two and one single bed. Apartment 2 consists of 2 bedrooms - one double bed, one single bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. Apartment 3 consists of 2 bedrooms - each with double beds. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. Private pool in the green garden is also for a private usage to only one group of guests. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun or prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on charcoal barbecue.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300€ refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35€ non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
Max. 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euro per pet per week.
