The house is quietly located at the end of a small cul de sac. It is against the backdrop of the mountains and offers panoramic views across Dingle Bay, Dingle Peninsula and the offshore Blasket Islands. A Grá Mo Croí was completely renovated in 2012 - geothermal heatpump, underfloor heating, driple glazed windows and an own water supply with filtration system.
