This wonderful house disposes of an amazing 11x5m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 1.10 to 2.50m, and a children 3.5 x 3.5m swimming pool and 0.5m depth. There is an external shower ideal to use after a nice swim. A big grass area surrounds the swimming pool and outdoors, ideal to sunbathe and make the most of the good weather, or play with the kids. It disposes also of a lake with fishes and a porch with a barbecue where you can prepare unforgettable meals with your dear ones. For the sporty ones, there is a table tennis table, a paddle tennis and basketball trails where you will have a lot of fun whenever you fancy.
This majestic two floor house, from the beginning of the XX century, disposes of two kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, six bedrooms, (three of them with a bathroom en suite), another four common bathrooms, (two of them are external and have a shower) and a toilet.
As soon as you come in, you will find a big dining room with a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, with direct views and access to the garden and space for 12 guests. The typical majorcan rafters and the big wood display cabinet, where all the dinner set is placed, makes this space so special. There are also two kitchens at this floor, equipped with gas, a big electrical appliance and all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. One of them also disposes of an space with a pool table where you will spend unforgettable afternoons with your loved ones, there is also a little toilet. A second dining room, with direct access to the swimming pool, invites you to relax and enjoy its mediterranean style. The property disposes of a washing area, with a washing machine area, an iron and an iron board. If you come over in the winter, don't worry, the house has diesel oil central heating.
At the first floor, you will find the six fantastic bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning and wardrobes, and the five bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms dispose of a double bed and two of them a bathroom en suite too, one with a shower and a bath and another one with a bath. The other three bedrooms, dispose of dos single beds each, and one of them a bathroom en suite with a shower. Also four of the bedrooms have direct access to three different terraces. There are two another common bathrooms at this floor as well. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

The house is located at Sant Jordi outskirts, close to the quiet Son Gual residential area and its golf course, and is well connected near the airport and Palma- Manacor motorway.
You will find all the necessary amenities you might need for your stay towards the shore, like restaurants and bars, supermarkets, etc. We recommend as visit to the capital, Palma, and the legendary old town, La Seu Cathedral, the beautiful Bellver Castle, and the large port that lights up in the night and becomes full of life. The city is also very good for some shopping. Nearby there are some idyllic beaches like Cala Blava, Sa Rapita, Can Pastilla, Es Trenc, or the crystallized water coves located between the mountains, like Cala Estellencs, Sant Elm or Cala Banyalbufar. All of them are located at a reasonable distance driving.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
